AI Content Co-Pilot

Our approach focused on building a holistic, yet lean, Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that addressed the entire content lifecycle, from data intake to final polish. We structured the solution around three core pillars:

1. Custom AI-Driven Content Creation: At the heart of the system, we built automated workflows using Make.com to pull inspiration and data from content aggregators like Feedly. This information feeds into a custom Airtable architecture that serves as the central hub for managing client profiles, metadata, and historical content. Leveraging OpenAI's language models, the system then generates high-quality, context-rich drafts tailored to specific client personas and target audiences.
2. Seamless Integration with Agency Processes: To ensure adoption, the tool was designed to fit perfectly into Ampyre's existing workflows. We implemented a streamlined onboarding process using Typeform, allowing clients to provide input that automatically feeds the system, reducing weekly time investment to as little as 30 minutes. Crucially, we included an interactive "human-in-the-loop" editing workflow, empowering Ampyre's experts to efficiently review and fine-tune the AI-generated content to meet their high standards of journalistic quality.
3. Validation and Future-Proofing: Beyond the initial build, our collaboration focused on long-term success. The MVP was rigorously tested to validate its ability to reliably produce engaging content, striking the perfect balance between AI efficiency and human creative oversight. We also provided ongoing strategic advisory to help refine the product's strategy and envision future extensions, positioning Ampyre for sustained innovation.
